The following Terms of Service ("TOS") which govern your ("You/Your") use of the Xeepo - The Entertainment Depo ("Site") (www.Xeepo.com) and all related websites and domains.

BY USING ANY XEEPO ADMINISTERED SITE OR SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE NETWORK-WIDE TERMS OF SERVICE AS WELL AS ANY SITE SPECIFIC TERMS OF SERVICE WHICH APPLY RELEVANT TO THE SITE(S) USED

If you do not agree to these TOS, you should not access or otherwise use any Xeepo administered website. Managment of Xeepo reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this website is offered at any time in its sole discretion and without any prior notice.

COST

There is no cost for using the majority of the sites/services administered by Xeepo. For sites where a charge of some form can be incurred, a free alternative is always offered. Xeepo is primarily supported by our advertisers; for this reason we encourage you to patronise the advertisers that help to make our continued availability possible - these are ordinarily powered by our advertising partners Google Adsense

COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

Material published on sites administered by Xeepo, including articles, photos, graphics and other content, is copyrighted by the Xeepo, or by third parties who have licensed their content for use on Xeepo websites.

The only exceptions to this rule are:

1. Where a file has been uploaded by one of our users. This file (usually an image) will be either copyrighted to the uploader of the file or is assumed to be used by the uploader with the permission of the copyright owner.

 

2. Forum Posts. All forum posts made in any of our forum sites (including our flagship "WastelandsUK" site) are the copyright of their respective posters and express their views and the not necessarily the views of the Xeepo management team.

You may, however, electronically store a reasonable portion of Xeepo content for your personal, non-commercial use by making a single electronic copy on your computer's hard drive, a single copy on a disk or a single copy in printed form.

These rules also apply:

1. You will not in any way violate the intellectual property laws protecting the content accessible through sites administered by Xeepo. This means you agree not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or display the content, including logos, trademarks or service marks, or otherwise violate the proprietary rights of Xeepo or third parties.

 

2. You will not reuse, republish or otherwise distribute the content or any modified or altered versions of it, whether over the Internet or otherwise, and whether or not for payment, without the express written permission of the the Xeepo or third-party copyright holder.

 

3. You will co-operate promptly and completely with any reasonable request by Xeepo related to an investigation of infringement of copyright or other proprietary right.

To obtain permission to reuse or republish any material copyrighted by Xeepo, please contact us by using our contact page. Xeepo cannot grant permission to reuse or republish material from other information providers, such as the BBC, in all cases they will need to be contacted directly.

While Xeepo strives for accuracy, it does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information or database on our service. Neither Xeepo nor any of its information providers shall be liable in any way to you or the other parties for delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the material published by Xeepo.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure that no viruses, worms, Trojans or other destructive properties are present, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the sites administered by Xeepo and the accuracy and completeness of any information is with the user of our service.

All sites and services administered by Xeepo are designed for use by persons aged 13 and over (unless specifically stated) and do not accept registrations from those aged younger than this.

The viewing of any of our sites is not recommended in an educational or work environment.

Xeepo and its forum administration and moderation teams do not, and will not accept any responsibility for any offence caused by any of the views expressed by members on the forums. In these instances we have included a "report" button located on the bottom of every single post on the our main forums, this is for you to report anything that offends you or you think violates our rules. While we do make every effort to ensure that things that are likely to offend are removed from the boards in a timely manner, opinions vary and the available time we have is limited, that's why we need you to report anything that you think is unacceptable. The vast majority of reports will be dealt with within a few hours of them being received.

In the event of you being unable to locate a report button on a forum post which offends or violates our overall or forum specific rules, please contact us directly using the contact us page and include your name, member name if applicable and a link to the offending post(s).

The websites we administer may contain links to websites operated by parties. The links are provided for your convenience only and are normally with reference to an article or piece of information. Xepo does not control the external websites linked to and is not responsible for the content on such websites. By offering links, Xeepo is not implying that it endorses anything contained on such websites or has any association with them.

FEEDBACK

We hope you enjoy using the sites administered by Xeepo. Questions and comments about the content of the sites may be sent by submitting the form on our Contact Us page. We read all comments sent to us and try to respond to as many as possible. Technical questions regarding your software, your configuration or your connection should be directed to your Internet access provider or software supplier. Xeepo cannot address questions except those specifically about the content, sites and services that we provide.

GENERAL

If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the application of any law, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and both You and Us hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
